Return Period - Customer can easily book the return within 7 days after delivery.
Please make unboxing video of the product. (mandatory for returns and exchanges)
IMPORTANT: Returns for Change of colour and Change in mind are not accepted.
Returns are only accepted only if wrong size is sent by us or there is any Damage. In case customer has ordered wrong size and want to return or exchange the product customer has to self ship the product to our registered address. we are liable to pay upto 100rs for courier charges.

Pincode Unavailable - In case The Baby Booth is not able to arrange the pickup from a particular pincode, we request you to kindly self ship the return at the below mentioned address.
Order can be exchanged only once, please order your correct size.

- We are liable to compensate for the return charges beared by the customer upto Rs.100.
- Please write your order number on the return parcel.

Refund Method - Refund amount can be transferred to customer's Wallet/Coupons/Direct Bank Account/Google Pay/PhonePay/PayTM.
Refund Timings - Refunds will be transferred within 3-4 working days once we receive the shipment at The Baby Booth warehouse.
In case of order cancelation before order is shipped it takes 1-3 days for refund.
